An Upgraded Online Banking Experience

First National Bank launched the upgraded online banking experience on October 13, 2020. The enhancements were implemented after significant planning and communications with our customers and bank team members. The improved features mostly affect the browser-based online banking platform, but some updates will add features to the FirstMobile App as well.
 
In order to assist you with any difficulties you may have with this transition, we've created some step-by-step guides that you may use to prepare for the upcoming changes. No action is required on your part, we just want to ensure a smooth transition for your online banking experience.

Cash Management User Login Tutorial
 

First National Bank Cash Management Users will not see a change to their operational experience within the Cash Management platform, however, login procedures will change slightly. This video is a step-by-step guide to accessing your Cash Management profile.
