If you are enrolled in our Online Banking you may log-in to your NetTeller profile to change your phone number and/or email address. Once logged in click “Options” and in the “Personal” section enter your changes.
Also, while logged-in, to NetTeller you can inform us of a new physical address by clicking the “Contact” link (top right corner of your NetTeller page); that will take you to the “Message Center”; once there click “New” and then in the “Subject” box type “Change of Address” then in the “Message” box enter your new: Street address, City, State, Zip, etc. then click “Submit”. Please check back to the message center to confirm that we have received and confirmed the change(s) you have submitted.
If you need to notify us of any changes but are unable to log-in via NetTeller Online Banking, please come in to one of our offices and speak to a Customer Service Representative.
You may also submit a signed statement, via U.S. Mail, informing us of your new physical address and any other new contact information. We have provided this Change of Address form to assist you with the process. Once completed, print the Change of Address form and bring it to a local FNB office OR your may mail it to us at the address at the bottom of the form. Please complete all required fields and sign the form before you place it in the U.S. mail. Please do not email this form.
