If you run into any problems or decide you'd rather open your account in person, Customer Service Representatives are located at all 23 of our branches, ready to provide any guidance you need. Once you've set up your new account, you can set up direct deposits and automatic payments to and from your accounts. Our CSRs will help you contact the Social Security Administration and other U.S. government agencies to set up direct deposit, too.
