Positive COVID-19 Case at Paragould-Reynolds Road Location

  • On Monday, June 15, one of our First National Bank team members at our Paragould-Reynolds Road location received a positive test result for COVID-19. We are actively working with the Arkansas Department of Health to ensure the spread of the virus is contained and feel an open and honest approach to communication with our customers who may have visited that branch recently is in the best interest of public safety. This employee has not been in our facilities since Wednesday, June 10. The branch has now re-opened fully with alternative staffing as we await test results for exposed staff members. . That location was closed immediately upon notification of the positive test result and was extensively sanitized overnight to ensure all traces of the virus were eliminated. All other locations are fully operational and staff are monitored daily with health and temperature checks upon reporting to work.
