COVID-19 Update (5/20/20)   

First National Bank is committed to keeping you informed and supported for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. This page serves as the central hub for all information and changes related to the Coronavirus.

 

Deposit Operations

  • Lobbies Now Open: Currently, all 20 First National Bank locations are fully operational, including access and service via our branch lobbies. Enhanced sanitizing and social distancing measures are being taken to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.   
 
  • Customer Hand Sanitizing Stations: Each location will have a designated hand sanitizing station near each entrance. Customers are asked to please use the provided hand sanitizer for your safety as well as First National Bank staff. 
 
  • Social Distancing Measures In-Branch:   Customers are asked to please follow markings inside our branches that indicate proper spacing when waiting in line at teller windows. These markings will ensure at least six feet of space is kept between those waiting in line.  
 
  • Protective Glass: Customers will notice protective glass installed at teller windows and customer service desks. This is done to protect both customers and staff from any airborne spread of COVID-19. 
 
  • Customer Health Requirements: We kindly ask all customers that are considering a trip to one of our branches, to please take note of their current health conditions. Any customer experiencing fever, body aches, coughing or shortness of breath is asked to please postpone their visit until symptoms are addressed by medical professionals. We also ask any customer that believes they have been exposed to COVID-19, refrain from visiting any First National Bank location for at least 14 days.   • Digital Banking: We encourage all customers to utilize our digital banking options. With our online and mobile platforms, you can pay bills, transfer money, deposit checks and more, all from the comfort of your home while avoiding unnecessary trips to the bank. Lending Operations
  • Loan Offices Open: Our lending operation offices are fully operational at applicable locations. We kindly ask any lending customers to follow social distancing guidelines. Our loan department areas have been prepared for re-opening with protective glass shields for loan closings and enhanced sanitizing procedures are in place for common and high-traffic areas. 
 
  • Remote Lending Options Available: Our lending staff is still making every effort possible to avoid customers making unnecessary trips to the bank. Our team will utilize docu-sign technology and other resources when available to ensure a smooth loan closing process that eliminates person-to-person contact if at all possible.
