Opening and Managing Your Account Information
Thinking of opening a bank account, but not sure where to start? When you make a special trip to your bank branch, we want your experience to be as seamless as possible. Whether you’re switching from another bank or opening an account for the first time, we want you to know ahead of time what we’ll need.
First things first – you’ll need to bring a government issued photo ID and your opening deposit. Make sure you check which account you’d like to open, and that you have enough for the minimum deposit.
Next, you’ll need to know your birthday, social security number or tax identification number, mailing address, and your physical address if it’s different from your mailing address. If you’re under 18, you’ll also need a parent or legal guardian with you.

- Assumed Name Certificate/Business License
Limited Liability Company

Already have an account, but need to update your information?
If you’ve moved recently, all we need is a Change of Address form. Bring this in to your local branch or mail it to us.
Recently changed your name? No need to bring in a marriage license or social security card. Just bring in your updated government issued photo ID.
Your time is valuable. If you’re still unsure what documentation you’ll need for your accounts, call one of our Customer Support Representatives at 870-215-4000 or speak with a Live Chat agent within the Anywhere app.
