Lost or stolen DEBIT Card?
You may CALL our LOST/STOLEN CARD Center at 1-866-546-8273 (1-866 5 HOT CRD) should your FNB Debit card become lost or stolen. The center is staffed 24 hours a day with trained representatives. During the call you will be asked to provide your name, address and day-time phone number. (In most cases you will not be asked to provide your card number.) The representative will place a “BLOCKED” status on your missing card to prevent any future use of that specific card. The Center representative at the number above cannot assist you with other card issues nor can they see any transactions or account balances. If you need transaction information or other service for your card such as changing your PIN, card activation, etc. then please call the bank during business hours at one of our local numbers: Jonesboro 974-9800, Paragould 239-8521, Corning 857-3592 and Piggott 598-1362.
KNOW your Debit Card's PIN (Personal Identification Number)
As your bank, we take seriously the prevention of unauthorized debit card activity that may affect your checking account. Due to the elevated frequency of Debit Card fraud incidents being reported we may restrict certain types of transactions. Debit card transactions entered with a PIN are not restricted. (PIN = Personal Identification Number). As you plan your future purchases, we recommend that you be prepared by knowing your PIN number for your Debit Card. If you do not know your PIN number then you may come in to any of our branch locations to select a new PIN. By knowing your PIN you will be prepared to shop by simply selecting “DEBIT” then entering your PIN. We will continue to use all resources at our means to protect your account from fraud.
