Beginning Friday, February 18 and lasting until Tuesday, February 22, Citizens Bank processes will be formally integrated into the First National Bank banking platform.

Conversion Guide
In mid-to-late January, Citizens Bank customers will receive by mail a conversion guide booklet that lays out the processes involved in this system conversion. These guides are also available in each Tennessee location. You may also view a digital copy of the conversion guide below:



Key Dates to Know
February 15, 2022 - ATM and Debit Cards: Around this date, Citizens Bank customers will receive their new First National Bank debit Mastercard. This card will not be active until Monday, February 21. At that time, the card will be ready to use and your previous Citizens Bank debit Card will become inactive. If you have not received your new debit Mastercard by February 18, please contact us at (870) 215-4000.

February 18, 2022 - Online & Mobile Banking: Beginning at 4:00 pm on the 18th of February, online banking at cbtenn.com will no longer be updated or available for access. Beginning on Monday February 21, you can begin signing into online banking at fnbank.net using your same user ID. Your temporary password will be the last four digits of your social security number (Tax ID for businesses). This same information is also true for Citizens Bank mobile app users. Please note: Transactions may not be fully available in the Anywhere app until Wednesday, February 23.

February 18, 2022 - Bill Pay & Mobile Check Depositing: Online bill pay at cbtenn.com and mobile app will be unavailable beginning on Monday, February 14 at 8:00 am. No scheduled payments will be accepted past February 18. Mobile check depositing via the Citizens Bank mobile app will be unavailable beginning Friday, February 18 at 1:00 pm. You will have access to First National Bank online bill pay and mobile deposit beginning on Monday, February 21 at 9:00 am.
   
February 19, 2022 - Tennessee locations will be closed: On Saturday, February 19, First National Bank's (Formerly Citizens Bank's) locations in Hartsville, Gallatin, and Hendersonville will be closed for system conversion. Monday, February 21 is a Federal Holiday and branches will also be closed on that day. Branches will re-open for normal business hours on Tuesday, February 22. 
 
February 21, 2022 - Access available to Citizens Bank customers on First National Bank platforms: On this date at 9:00 am, system conversion will be completed and customers will have access to all First National Bank platforms. Debit cards will also be available for use at this time. For more information on how to access First National Bank systems, see the digital version of your user guide. 
 
February 21, 2022 - Customer support available despite federal holiday: Our branch locations will be closed on this date in observance of a federal holiday. However, customer support will be available by calling (870) 215-4000.
 
February 22, 2022 - Welcome to You 1st Banking: On this date, system conversion is complete and you are officially a customer of First National Bank. Branches will operate normally on this date and you will have already gained access to First National Bank platforms.
 
April 1, 2022 - E-Statement and document history available: It will take approximately 30 days for E-Statement and E-Document history to be available for former Citizens Bank customers. You will automatically be enrolled in E-Statements and documents if you used this service before and receive new statements via the documents section of your Anywhere app. Should you need any documents prior to April 1, 2022, please contact us at (870) 215-4000.
