Lost or Stolen Credit/Debit Card? You may call our HOT CARD Center at 1-866-546-8273 (1-866 5 HOT CRD) should your Visa Check card become lost or stolen. The center is staffed 24 hours a day with trained representatives. During the call you will be asked to provide your name, address and day-time phone number. (You will not be asked to provide your card number.) The representative will place a “HOT” status on your missing card to prevent any future use of that specific card. The HOT CARD Center representative at this number cannot assist you with other card issues nor can they see any transactions or account balances. If you need transaction information or other service for your card such as changing your PIN, card activation, etc. please call the bank during business hours at one of our local numbers: Jonesboro 974-9800, Paragould 239-8521 and Corning 857-3592.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Enjoy peace of mind for pennies a day with a safe deposit box. Store your important documents and valuables inside one of our bank vaults in Paragould, Jonesboro, or Corning. You may access your safe deposit box during regular business hours. Various sizes are available beginning at a cost of $15.00 annual rental fee.

for a FNB cardholder at a FNB ATM:  No Fee  
for a FNB cardholder at a non-FNB ATM:  $1  
for a non-FNB cardholder at a FNB ATM:  $2 or 2% (whichever is less)  
Cashiers Check:  $5 each  
Check reject fee:  $1 per item  
Check Cashing fee for non-FNB customers:  $5 per check  
Checking Inactivity Fee*:  $4 per month  
Collection Items (Incoming/Outgoing):  $10 per item  
Do Not Mail Statement fee:  $5 per month  
Dormant Account Fee:  $2 per month (Accounts that are inactive for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant)  
FirstCA$H card fee:  no monthly fee for up to 2 cards per account  
FirstCA$H card replacement fee:  no monthly fee for up to 2 cards per account  
Insufficient Funds Paid Item Fee (NSF fee):  $25.00 per item
